"Sold me a 2014 Toyota Sienna at a good price. Was an easy and smooth process. Windsheild has a small crack, they agreed to replace for free. They did their own inspection and maintenance (and produced records). I also had the vehicle inspected and it checks out great. "Recently, our daughter was in an accident and needed to replace her truck. She went to several dealerships, trying to find one she liked. After many disappointments and having experiences with salespeople ranging from good to horrible, she went online and found the perfect truck (for her) at Hayden Cars.
She called and spoke to Mikki, who was fantastic! She was very nice and helpful and really took her time to answer all of our daughter's questions.
Our daughter works nights, so my wife and I decided to go look at the truck and spoke to Mikki and Kennedy, and eventually the owner, Brandon. All of them were very nice and it felt like they were genuinely interested in making sure our daughter found the right truck for her. We told Brandon that we'd like to have a mechanic inspect the truck prior to our daughter buying it and he absolutely agreed and said that that's what he recommends to all of his buyers so that they are satisfied. The mechanic only found one issue with the truck (CV Boots), which was not an inexpensive repair. We told Brandon and he immediately agreed to pay for the repair (which he did).
The salesperson, Mikki, was also a joy to talk to. She was so nice and down to earth that it was like talking to a friend.
In the end, I can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we've ever had. Not once did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way (like we usually do when looking at used cars). The people at Hayden Cars provided that small town, personal touch that made us feel like valued customers (An experience that is becoming more and more rare these days). We highly recommend them."

Hayden Cars had a nice selection of cars and trucks on their lot, but what made my buying experience so special was how everyone there went above and beyond in providing pre and post purchase customer support. Buying a used vehicle can be intimidating sometimes, but I found dealing with them a very pleasant experience. I would recommend that people looking for a good deal on a used vehicle check them out.

"My experience purchasing a vehicle at Hayden cars was excellent. I found a posting on Craigslist for the vehicle I was interested in checking out. I live in another state and called, late on a Saturday, to be sure that the vehicle would be there. To my surprise Dakota answered, outside of business hours, gave me the rundown on my intended purchase, and said he would keep in contact with me if anything were to change.
The next week I called in to speak with Dakota. I got Mikki instead who was also very polite and answered more questions that I had. Although they could not hold the vehicle for me, they both kept in contact with me throughout the next week to let me know the vehicle hadn’t gone anywhere.
